OPTIMUS software uses AES encryption providing 256-bit ciphering for media datasets and allows the configuration of various AES encryption key distribution methods, including combining AES with PGP to further safeguard encryption keys. Individual user access to reports is completely secure and configurable using secure socket layer technology for Web display, and role based authentication based on Microsoft® Active Directory. OPTIMUS software is delivered with standard security settings, though most security aspects are freely configurable.
